Amazon's web services now has blockchain templates for Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric. This "Blockchain as a service" (BAAS) allows companies a more simple approach to their own blockchain network. This service is is similar in a sense to the "software as a service" (SAAS) solutions that are a growing market.According to Amazon, "With AWS Blockchain Templates, you can deploy Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric frameworks using managed and certified AWS CloudFormation templates. AWS Blockchain Templates allow you to focus on building your blockchain applications instead of spending time and energy on manual setup of your blockchain network."
Amazon's BAAS services follows other tech giants entering the space such as Blockchain on Microsoft's Azure, IBM Blockchain and Oracle Cloud Blockchain.
